Now the real big one,the Interview.But before moving into it,we are going to see another important aspect of the interview process,The Resume.You have to understand that each of the three phases in the interview are separate things and doing extremely well in anyone phase is not sufficent.You have to be on your toes all the time in all the phases.
The Resume is like ur image in the mirror,it shows what the person u are ,although u are not really in there.It speaks for you,somtimes it alone is enough to get u a job.There will be two kinds of people
1)One who has a lot of qualifications and acheivements to fill in their resume.
2)One who dont have that much things to show in their resume.
The first kind can easily make their resume attractive.The second kind,with a bit of smartness and work can make their resume on par with the previous kind.
