If you are gloomy about the actual interview process itself or what does it expect out of you, Read this page first. If you think you have a good idea how the process of recruitment is like, you can very well skip this stage of your preparation.
Ok Folks...Let us first see what are the steps that you have to cross to get the first ever job of your life.
There is a saying "The Greatest Solution resembles the problem" , that is what oop(Object Oriented Programming!) principle is all about, and that is what we are going to follow in our preparations.
What you have to do is one simple thing, you have to show the companies that you have what it requires being an employee of the firm .So, you have to really understand what is expected out of you while you are recruited.
Usually the recruitment process contains three major steps,
1) The Written Test
2) The Group Discussion
3) The Interview
The Written Test
Well, to get into an interview, your first challenge is your written test. It will be normally a one hour test. The topics which you will be tested will vary from company to company. You may be good in your academics and your English, but first you have to clear this test to make them count.
The Group Discussion
This is something that tests your clarity of thoughts and how well you are able to address a new group of persons. Here, you will be tested in your English speaking skills (If You know to speak English that others can understand, Thats enough!), your knowledge in current affairs and some debatable issues.
The Interview
The Technical Part: Your knowledge in your core field will be tested deeply from your area of interest and the basics of the important papers of your Syllabus. If You are good in your academics and a study a bit before the day, it is going to be a cake walk.
The HR Part: Here you will be tested as the individual you are. Your attitude and Confidence Level Will be tested. Your analytical Skills and the ease with which you handle tough situations play a Major part here.
Some Companies have both the parts as a single Interview and some as two different Interviews and Some have either one of the two.
This is what all about the whole big thing, how You Will you be recruited. So what this site is going to be is like taking these three things one at a time and master the ability of clearing an Interview.
